New Supplementary Programs for Middle and High School from National Geographic Learning
Come and learn about 2 exciting new supplementary language- based resources (both with the latest technology), which can accompany your current text or be used on their own, based on time and needs of your students. Each program is proficiency based, and focuses on language, grammar and vocabulary. Life helps students to learn to think critically and devise well informed opinions about many important topics about “Life”. National Geographic Explorers and videos support students as they read and speak about people globally who are facing important life events. It then helps students to connect back to their own lives as they discuss and make personal decisions. Impact helps students think about the impact they will have, based on life decisions they make. It helps students understand themselves, each other and the world they live in. By encouraging self-expression, global citizenship, and active participation, Impact motivates students to explore who they are and who they want to be, all while learning English. National Geographic Explorers are featured as role models who embody the 21st century skills and values students need to become successful global citizens.
